Join GRIDLOCK Dance for company class on Mondays from 6:30-7:45pm at CityDance’s Friendship Heights studio.

Designed for intermediate and advanced movers, this class focuses on feeling connected to the body as a whole, with emphasis on exploring floorwork, dynamic force, and artistic expression. Each class will begin with a guided improvisational warm-up and strength conditioning, progress into technique exercises, and culminate with phrase work or repertoire from the company.
